At Apple Blossom Notary, we prioritize the privacy and security of our clients. As part of our commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to notarial best practices, we do not take photographs of identification cards during notary appointments. While we verify the identity of each signer through the presentation of acceptable forms of identification, we do not retain images of these documents.

I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, draft documents, or determine a document’s legality. Additionally, per Virginia law, I cannot handle escrow funds or disburse payments without a title insurance license.

For in-person notarization, we must be physically present.

We can't notarize if a person is unable to understand the document or is under duress. We have the right to refuse service and refund any deposit made.
